NYC Housing Connect helps households find affordable rental and homeownership opportunities across New York City. Each listing has its own income, household-size and deadline requirements. Applications are accepted regardless of citizenship or immigration status.

Application Process
- Create an account and complete your household profile.
- Browse open lotteries and review the listing requirements.
- Submit an application before the deadline.
- Keep your profile and contact information current.
- If selected for review, respond to requests and submit documents requested by the official agent.
Documents and Follow-up
Requested records may include identification, income proof, asset statements and rental history. A submission does not guarantee selection or housing. Reviews may take months.
