Finding stable housing can feel overwhelming and complicated. We listen respectfully to your needs, help identify practical next steps, and assist in organizing vital information. Through educational resources and supportive coaching, we work alongside individuals and families as they prepare rental applications and navigate public resources.
Practical Guidance and Document Readiness
Our focus is to empower clients with clearer information and organized records. H.E.R. Housing Network provides document-readiness assistance, application preparation support, and referrals to relevant community programs. Please note that we provide navigation and guidance services rather than guaranteeing housing, vouchers, benefits, or placement. Official providers and NYC DSS determine all eligibility and approvals.
Connecting to Resources
Stable housing builds stronger families and stronger communities. We assist clients in connecting with assigned caseworkers, government programs, and supportive partners. Through our collaboration with Legal Bridge Advocacy NYC, clients can access community advocacy support and referrals to assist their overall journey.
