Copyright protects original expression; it does not give H.E.R. ownership of public facts, government program requirements, or another organization’s materials.
Personal and educational use
You may view this website, share links to its public pages, and print or download materials expressly offered for that purpose for your personal housing journey or noncommercial educational reference. Keep attribution and any notices intact. This permission does not authorize sale, bulk republication, altered branding, or use that suggests H.E.R. endorses you or your organization. Rights provided by applicable law, including fair use where applicable, remain available.
Permission for other uses
For republication, commercial distribution, adaptations, advertising, or use of a H.E.R. logo, email Support@HerHousingNetwork.Org. Identify the material, intended audience, format, and proposed use. Do not assume permission from a link, a download option, or lack of a response. Any permission granted applies only to the approved use.
Names, logos, and trademark notices
H.E.R. Housing Network, Her Housing Network, and associated logos and brand elements identify the network’s services. Do not use them in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement. The ™ symbol indicates a claimed brand identifier; it is not a statement that a mark is federally registered. No registered-trademark status is claimed by this page. Accurate references to H.E.R. and other uses allowed by law are not prohibited.
Third-party and government materials
Third-party names, logos, images, videos, documents, and linked resources remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. A reference to a government program, agency, landlord, partner, or advocacy organization does not imply government affiliation or endorsement. Permission to use a H.E.R. resource does not automatically include rights to embedded third-party material.
Materials you submit
Submit only materials you own or are authorized to share. An intake submission is for assistance, not a license for public use of your private records or photograph. Public use of a personal story, testimonial, or image requires an appropriate separate authorization. Do not upload another person’s confidential records without authority. See the Privacy Policy for handling of inquiries and documents.
Report a copyright or trademark concern
Email Support@HerHousingNetwork.Org with the page address, a clear description of the disputed material, the work or mark you believe is affected, your relationship to the rights owner, and a contact method. Explain the basis of your concern and any requested correction. Supply only necessary evidence and avoid unrelated confidential information. H.E.R. will review the concern and may request further information or restrict the material while reviewing it.
No automatic transfer of rights
Accessing the website, requesting services, purchasing an item, or making a contribution does not transfer ownership of H.E.R.’s intellectual property. This page does not create rights in material H.E.R. does not own and does not limit lawful exceptions or defenses.
